Seeding : There are two different services offered for seeding. A bare, dead area may need raking and removal of the targeted area if in severe enough condition. This service would be a "Complete seeding" that includes removal, seed and straw.
In most circumstances An "Overseeding" is sufficient, simply broadcasting seed over an area to thicken and ehance its overall density will take care of the problem. Overseeding is most popular in the spring and fall.
Winterization: This service involves the addition of fertilizer and weed prevention for the following year... The fertilizer not only feeds the grass that is about to go dormant but gives its root system a heavy amount of phosphorus to help its root system survive better through the winter... Also the weed prevention helps with controling weed seeds ready to sprout the following year...
Fertilizing : A good fertilization of your lawn can truly enhance its beauty to you and others. It is a relatively inexpensive process per value and appeal it adds to your home. We use safe products and in no way does this service effect the use of your lawn by children and pets.
